St. Stephen's Holiday Club    

In August we had a 'Holiday Club' for young people. We had great fun.  We looked at:

1.  Who Jesus is... (the Son of God - our Saviour).

2.  What Jesus did...(miracles, healings).

3.  What else Jesus did...(died for us to save us from our sins).

4.  What we can do....(accept Jesus as our Saviour).

During the week - the youngsters made lovely books based on these themes.

They also did a play based on the story Jesus told - 'The Great Banquet' 

- where many are invited to God's heavenly banquet - but few want to come because they'd rather do other things.

We played games and learned new and old songs!!

And lastly everyone received gifts for a fun week's work...

So...until next August - we said 'bye Holiday Clubbers' - for now.
